Service Needs Improvement

The spacious rooms were a delight, and the cleanliness was commendable. Each morning, we woke up to a bright and inviting atmosphere, eager to start the day.

However, our stay was hindered by less than average service. We faced slow dining experiences and disruptive noise from events that stretched late into the night.

Loved the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant.

The air conditioning in the room was not effective and made for a hot night.

Family visit gone wrong

We enjoyed the spacious, clean room and the pools were nice for the kids. The staff was professional , really helpful especially concierge who gave us tips about the local area.

It wasn’t cheap , but acceptable for what we got.

This hotel suits me perfectly! With excellent amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness center, an outdoor swimming pool, and a spa & wellness center, it has everything I need. The staff helped me with a room issue at night during my first stay, and I remember that kindness. I'd definitely recommend it for a comfortable visit. I'm excited to come back for another city trip!

I had a spacious and clean room with a pool view. the ambiance was just lovely. However, the air conditioning wasn't effective, making for a hot night. I'd consider staying again despite this setback.

Had an awesome time with a group of friends! We took a boat tour of Lake Nicaragua and enjoyed snorkeling on the islands. The hotel has an incredible pool area and friendly staff, making it perfect for relaxation after our adventures. Highly recommend!

Service across dining options lags behind expectations, with slow response times and food quality that pales in comparison to the price tags. Attempting to charge a fee for an early check-in that was already prepped feels off, especially when most places accommodate without asking for extra cash. Also, with taxis charging more than they should right outside, it puts a dent in exploring the surroundings without feeling ripped off.
